The government has made it clear that repair and maintenance of water supply, sanitation and heating systems is an essential service. Going in to winter, this will be more than important then ever and we intend to continue providing our much needed service to our customers.
Please be assured that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees is our main priority. We are following all Government guidelines and advice. Our engineers are equipped with face coverings, hand sanitiser, sanitising wipes and gloves. In addition to precautions already put into place, we are monitoring the situation closely and re-evaluating daily.
If anyone is self-isolating or shielding at the location our engineer is due to visit, we ask that you follow Public Health England’s advice to avoid having visitors, and rearrange your appointment for when self-isolation or shielding has ended. We also politely ask you or the occupants of the property we are attending maintain atleast a 2 metre distance from our engineer to ensure everyone’s safety. If we arrive on site and anyone is self-isolating, shielding or displaying/reporting Covid-19 symptoms, and we are therefore unable to proceed, our cancellation fee would apply.
